Buyer
§ 1 General
a) Scope
The items offered on this page by ALWALAA are sold and fulfilled directly by Walaa Elayeb, Lantzallee 1, 40474 Düsseldorf, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “ALWALAA”).
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between ALWALAA and the customer in the version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract. Any conflicting general terms and conditions of the customer are hereby expressly rejected.
b) Contract Agreement
The language of the contract is German.
c) Subsequent Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
ALWALAA is entitled to make subsequent adjustments and additions to the General Terms and Conditions in relation to existing business relationships if changes in legislation or jurisprudence necessitate it, or if other circumstances lead to a significant disturbance of the contractual equivalence. Such amendments become effective if the customer does not object within six weeks after being informed of the change. ALWALAA will expressly inform the customer at the beginning of the period that silence will be regarded as acceptance of the amendment and will give the customer the opportunity to make an express declaration. If the customer objects within the time limit, both parties may terminate the contractual relationship extraordinarily.

§ 2 Registration / Conclusion of Contract
a) Registration
The presentation of the range in the online shop of ALWALAA is non-binding and subject to change.
To use the full extent of this website, it is necessary to create a customer account. During this process, the data required to provide the service will be collected. Entries are confirmed by clicking the “Register” button. The customer will then receive a confirmation email containing the login information. Registration is only completed when the customer first logs in using this information.
The password granting access to the personal area must be kept strictly confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties. A customer account cannot be transferred to another customer or third party.
b) Conclusion of Contract via Website
The ordering process on this website consists of four steps.
1. The customer selects the desired goods.
2. The customer enters their data, including billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address.
3. The customer selects the payment method.
4. The customer reviews all entries and confirms the order by clicking the “Order with obligation to pay” button.
By placing the order, the customer submits a binding offer. ALWALAA will confirm receipt of the order immediately. This acknowledgment does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order. ALWALAA reserves the right to accept the contract offer within two days after the end of the campaign period by email or by dispatching the goods. A contract is concluded upon acceptance.
c) Reservation of Non-Acceptance
ALWALAA reserves the right to reject orders, particularly if the print design infringes third-party rights or violates legal regulations.
d) Storage of Contract Text
The contract text is stored by ALWALAA and will be sent to the customer along with the General Terms and Conditions and customer information after the order has been submitted. It cannot be accessed later on the website, but the customer may print it out using the browser print function.

a) Partial Deliveries
ALWALAA is entitled to make partial deliveries if this is reasonable for the customer. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
b) Delivery and Service Delays

c) Withdrawal
If the product is unavailable due to the above reasons, ALWALAA may withdraw from the contract and refund any payments made.
d) Exclusion of Delivery
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes or parcel stations outside of Germany.
