Refund policy

You have the right to return the goods within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier.

We will then provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Conditions for Return

• The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

• The cost of the return shipment is to be borne by the customer

• In the case of a return, we will refund the purchase price of the product only

• The original shipping costs paid during checkout are not refunded

• Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import charges, and clearance fees when the return enters Germany.

• If these fees are charged to us, they will be deducted from your refund.

• Unpaid customs charges may result in the return being refused or the fee being withheld from the final refund.

Return Fees in Special Cases

If a package is returned to us for reasons such as:

• An incorrect delivery address entered during the order

• The package was not collected on time from the post office or parcel shop

then the following return fees will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and processing costs:

• €7.69 (within Germany)

• €20.00 (outside Germany)

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

If an item is returned in used, washed, damaged, or otherwise unsellable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund.
