Shipping policy

Shipping Costs

We currently only ship with DHL Paket. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout and based on weight and destination.

• Germany (up to 5 kg): €7.69

• EU Zone 1 (up to 5 kg): €16.49

• Outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA – up to 5 kg): from €26.99

Please note: Additional customs duties and import taxes may apply for shipments outside the EU. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Service

All orders are shipped via DHL Paket.

Shipping Time

We dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on the way.

Packaging & Partial Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability and to ensure safe delivery.

Packstation and Post Office Collection (Germany only)

Shipping to DHL Packstations is possible. Please enter your Post number in the “Address Supplement” field and your Packstation number in the “Street” field.

If your parcel cannot be delivered, DHL will leave a notification and hold it at a local branch for 7 days before returning it to us.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If your package is returned due to:

• Incorrect/incomplete address

• Not picked up in time

…you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us immediately at support@alwalaa.co. We will investigate and update you.
